In a lamination apparatus constituted of an endless belt 11 based on a non-thermoplastic material, the heating plate 12 coming into contact with the surface of the endless belt inside the circulating route of the endless belt and the backup material 13 opposed to the heating plate through the circulating route of the endless belt, a laminate wherein the endless belt 11, a hot melt resin 14 and a carpet 17 to be processed are superposed one upon another in this order is passed through the gap between the heating plate 17 and the backup material 13 to fuse the hot-melt resin 14 to the rear surface of the carpet 17 to be processed. Thereafter, the endless belt 11 is peeled from the hot-melt resin 14 to transfer the hot-melt resin to the rear surface of the carpet 17 to be processed.
