Abstract:

To provide a laminate core having excellent soft magnetic characteristics by minimizing decrease in saturation magnetic flux density.

A magnetic thin band of 60-600 μm thick composed of a magnetic material of alloy composition represented by a composition formula: FeaBbSicPxCyCuz, where 79≤a≤86 at%, 5≤b≤13 at%, 0≤c≤8 at%, 1≤x≤8 at%, 0≤y≤5 at%, 0.4≤z≤1.4 at%, and 0.08≤z/x≤0.80, and an insulation layer of 5 μm thick or less are laminated alternately to form a laminate core. Space factor of the magnetic material in the laminate core is 85% or more.
