To provide a laminate having at least a metal layer and a heat- resistant synthetic resin layer directly laminated on the metal layer, and an endress belt, which do not increase the heat capacity of the whole of the laminate by the lamination way of the heat-resistant synthetic resin layer and do not generate the interfacial peel caused by a fragile oxide film formed by the repetition of heating and cooling, and a method capable of simply manufacturing the laminate or the like.
The surface on the side laminating at least the heat-resistant synthetic resin layer 3 of the metal layer 2 of the laminate is a metal oxide or metal sulfide surface 2a. In the manufacturing method, the surface on the side laminating at least the heat-resistant synthetic resin layer of the metal layer 2 is subjected to metal oxide or metal sulfide forming treatment and, thereafter, heat-resistant synthetic resin layer 3 on the treated surface thereof is laminated on the treated surface 2a.
