The method for producing a laminate foamed sheet is a method for producing a laminate foamed sheet to obtain a laminate foamed sheet by laminating a resin film on a polystyrene resin foamed sheet which is obtained by extrude foaming a resin composition, wherein the resin composition has a polystyrene resin and a polyphenylene ether resin, and also contains the polyphenylene ether resin of 10-50 pts.mass for the total 100 pts.mass of the polystyrene resin and the polyphenylene ether resin, and a polystyrene resin film, which has a polystyrene resin and a polyphenylene ether resin and has a softening temperature higher than the resin composition, is used as the resin film.
