Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a low-cost laminate having a superior bonding strength and a laminate superior in safety with a high production efficiency by a method wherein a laminating surface of a fluororesin layer is roughened, and on the roughened surface a layer treated with a specific coupling agent is formed.
CONSTITUTION: In a laminate, a thermoplastic polyamide resin layer 15 is laminated on a surface of a fluororesin layer 10. Namely, the laminating surface of the fluororesin layer 10 is roughened, and on the roughened surface a layer 16 treated with an aminosilane coupling agent is formed. It is preferable that the laminating surface of the fluororesin layer 10 is roughened by a corona discharge treatment. In a method for producing the laminate, the surface of the fluororesin layer 10 is subjected to a corona discharge treatment, the layer 16 treated with an aminosilane coupling agent is formed on the discharge-treated surface, and the fluororesin layer and the thermoplastic polyamide resin layer are bonded to each other with the aminosilane-treated layer facing the surface of the latter.
