To provide laminate which has excellent low temperature heat-sealing properties and is used for a wrapping film having excellent high-speed filing suitability of liquid and the like.

The laminate is constituted by providing a primer layer 2 on the face on one side of a substrate film 1 in accordance with necessity and providing a CoEx layer 34 consisting of a supporting layer 3 and a heat-sealing layer 4 on the primary layer 2. The supporting layer 3 consists of LLDPE (linear polyethylene polymerized by using a Ziegler-Natta multi-site catalyst) or LLDPE, olefin-based elastomer and/or LDPE (low density polyethylene polymerized by using the Ziegler-Natta catalyst). The heat-sealing layer 4 consist of low density polyethylene polymerized by using a matallocene-base single site-based catalysts, low density polyethylene polymerized by using the metallocene-based signal site-based catalyst and olefin-based elastomer or LLDPE and olefin-based elastomer.
