PURPOSE: To provide a laminate and its separating method in which reuse may be achieved, while the conservation of environment is kept by easy separtiom and collection without human labor, when the laminate is discarded after it has been used.

CONSTITUTION: In the laminate made by laminating at least one layer on a synthetic resin film 1 by means of sticking or coextruding other laminating element 4, a microwave-absorbing heat rediation layer 2 is provided between the synthetic resin film 1 and other laminating element 4. The synthetic resin film 1 may be separated from other laminating element 4 by radiating microwave from the microwave-radiating device such as an electronic oven, etc.
