PURPOSE: To simply manufacture a laminate high in bonding strength, in a laminate wherein a thermoplastic resin layer or a rubber layer is laminated and formed on a fluoroplastic layer, by allowing a hydroxyl group to be present in the bonded surface layer part of the fluoroplastic layer to the thermoplastic resin or rubber layer in a ratio of a specific value or more.
CONSTITUTION: Vacuum plasma treatment 4 is applied to the bonded surface layer part 2a of a sheet like fluoroplastic layer 2. Next, treatment 5 bringing oxygen enriched air enhanced in oxygen concn. into contact with the bonded surface layer part 2a of the sheet like fluoroplastic layer 2 subjected to vacuum plasma treatment 5 is performed. A carbon radical is generated by vacuum plasma treatment to introduce a hydroxyl group into the bonded surface layer part 2a of the fluoroplastic layer 2 and oxygen can be effectively bonded to the carbon radical by the contact with the oxygen enriched air and a hydroxyl group can be introduced into the bonded surface layer part 2a of the fluoroplastic layer in a ratio of 1.4% or more. Next, a thermoplastic resin or rubber layer 3 is laminated and formed on the bonded surface layer 2a of the sheet like fluoroplastic layer 2.
