PURPOSE: To obtain a laminate not generating the peeling of a silane grafted polyolefin layer from the surface of a metal substrate even in high temp. hot water or even under severe conditions such that there is a temp. difference between the inner and outer surfaces of the laminate and excellent in corrosion resistance, heat resistance and moldability.

CONSTITUTION: A laminate is produced by alternately providing two or more orgnanotitanate sintered layers 2 and two or more silane grafted polyolefin layers 3 on the surface of a metal substrate 1 in this order and the outermost layer thereof is the silane grafted polyolefin layer 3.
