Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method and a manufacturing device of laminate capable of high-efficiency manufacturing of a prepreg while suppressing formation of projections on a surface, and a manufacturing method and a manufacturing device of a prepreg.SOLUTION: In an opening apparatus 20, tension-relaxation states are caused repeatedly in a continuous fiber bundle 1 by applying an external force for deformation in a direction intersecting with a transportation direction of the continuous fiber bundle 1 for fiber-opening; a tension is applied to the opened continuous fiber bundle 2 by a tension application apparatus 30; the opened and tension-applied continuous fiber bundle 2 is laminated with a resin sheet 3; and the formed laminate 4 is applied with a load and the continuous fiber bundle 2 is impregnated with a resin to obtain a prepreg 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
