Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the high degree of gas barrier property and permit inspection effected by a metal detector when a paper vessel for packaging is prepared by a method wherein a resin film, having the vapor deposition film of inorganic oxide, and the resin layer of saponified copolymer of ethylene-vinyl acetate are laminated between a paper substrate and the innermost layer.
SOLUTION: A laminate A for forming paper vessel is prepared by a method wherein at least the outermost layer 1, a paper substrate 2 and the innermost layer 3 are laminated while a resin film 4, having a vapor deposition film of inorganic oxide, and a resin layer 5 of saponified copolymer of ethylene-vinyl acetate are laminated between the paper substrate 2 and the innermost layer 3. The sequence of lamination is preferable that these layers are laminated in the order of the innermost layer 3, the resin film 4 having the vapor deposition film of inorganic oxide and the resin layer 5 of saponified copolymer of ethylene-vinyl acetate, when the oxygen barrier property of the resin layer 5 of saponified copolymer of ethylene-vinyl acetate under a high humidity condition is considered.
