Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a laminate material excellent in heat resistance and durability; and a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: There is provided a laminate material 10 which comprises a layer 12 composed of an alumina-based material and a layer 14 which is bonded to the layer 12 and composed of YTiO(Al solid solution YTiO) in which Al atoms are solid-dissolved, in which the content ratio of Al atoms in the Al solid solution YTiOconstituting the layer 14 is 0.5 to 1.8 atom% when the total number of Al atoms, Y atoms and Ti atoms is assumed as 100 atom%.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
