Abstract:
To provide a laminate capable of providing an electrocast layer, to which a surface shape of a base material is accurately transferred.SOLUTION: A laminate 1 according to the disclosure comprises a base material 2 having an electrical insulation property, an electrocast layer 4, and a sacrificial layer 3 having electric conductivity disposed between the base material 2 and the electrocast layer 4. A first face 21 disposed on the sacrificial layer 3 side of the base material 2 and a second face 301 disposed on the base material 2 side of the sacrificial layer 3 are mechanically bonded directly or via a first intermediate layer. A third face 302 disposed on the electrocast layer 4 side of the sacrificial layer 3 and a fourth face 41 disposed on the sacrificial layer 3 side of the electrocast layer 4 are mechanically bonded directly or via a second intermediate layer 310. The mechanical bond strength between the third face 302 and the fourth face 41 is greater than the mechanical bond strength between the first face 21 and the second face 301.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
