Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain a laminate being excellent in the flexibility and flaw resistance of the surface by a method wherein a skin layer formed of a specific thermoplastic elastomer is laminated on the surface of an aggregate molded body formed at least of two synthetic resin layers.

CONSTITUTION: A substance prepared by blending a partially crosslinked substance of polyolefin resin and ethylene.α-olefin polymer rubber in the weight ratio of 90/10 to 10/90 is used as a thermoplastic elastomer forming a skin layer S. The mixed use of low-density polyethylene and polypropylene is preferable for the polyolefin resin, while ethylene and α-olefin mixed in the molar ratio of 50/50 to 90/10 are used for the ethylene.α-olefin polymer rubber, and partial crosslinking is conducted by adding an organic peroxide and applying heat treatment. As for an aggregate molded body, either thermoplastic resin or the aforesaid thermoplastic elastomer may be used, and the characteristic of a molded article can be improved by forming at least one layer of a foamed body. As to molding, a sheet made of the thermoplastic elastomer is brought into close contact with the inner wall surface of a female die by suction, clamping is made by a first male die and first resin is injected to be filled up. Subsequently, replacement is made by a second male die and second resin is filled up.
