Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide the manufacturing method for a laminate molded product with a superior appearance.
CONSTITUTION: In the manufacturing method of a laminate molded product in which a skin material is placed between a top force and a bottom force, and molten thermoplastic resin is fed thereon and mold clamped, and the skin material and thermoplastic resin are stuck together and integrated, a fabric 9 composed of the skin material lined with a nonwoven fabric cloth 10 having the weight of 50g/m2 or over and tensile breaking elongation of 20% or more to 80% or less, or a fabric 9 having a foamed layer as its intermediate layer is used. A laminate molded product with a superior appearance without the generation of hairline collapse, oozing of resin and wrinkle breakage can be manufactured stably.
