To provide a laminate capable of achieving excellent sliding properties regardless of whether or not a user's finger is wet with water, an optical member with a laminate, and an image display device.SOLUTION: A laminate according to an embodiment of the present invention is provided with a substrate and a function layer arranged on one side in a thickness direction of the substrate. In a specific friction test carried out through Bowden surface contact, both a static friction coefficient and a dynamic friction coefficient on a surface of the function layer are 0.13 or less as measured using a contact element wet with water.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
