To provide a laminate which has solved the problem that high density polyethylene and an ethylene-α-olefin copolymer are heat-resistant due to high crystallinity but are apt to be weaker in heat-seal strength than low density polyethylene, and low density polyethylene is stronger in heat-seal strength than high density polyethylene but weaker in hot peel strength than high density polyethylene due to poor heat resistance.
In the laminate of multi-layer structure having a thermoplastic resin layer and an aluminum foil layer, a resin composition layer is laminated in which 50-99 wt.% of a resin A of low density polyethylene 0.930 g/cm3 or below in density or an ethylene-α-olefin copolymer, and 1-50 wt.% of a resin B of high density polyethylene at least 0.940 g/cm3 in density or an ethylene-α- olefin copolymer are incorporated.
