To provide a laminate which shows excellent heat resistance and adhesive strength between an aluminum foil and a sealant layer, sufficient resistance to a highly permeable content, and becomes solid and hardly releasable through a thermal lamination process, and a packaging material.
This laminate is constituted of: at least an outermost layer; an aluminum foil layer which has a thickness ranging from 9 to 200 μm and is surface-treated on at least a sealant layer side; an anchor coat layer formed of a coupling agent or an ionic polymer complex; a sandwiched resin layer formed of a polypropylene or a propylene-α-olefin copolymer or a polymer modified by an acid anhydride based on the polypropylene or the propylene-α-olefin copolymer, or formed of a thermoplastic resin which is a mixture series of not less than these two kinds; and the sealant layer.
