The laminate 100 is obtained by the process in which a resin layer (B)2 consisting of a polyvinyl chloride composition (b) is directly laminated on the surface of a rubber layer (A)1 consisting of a nitrile rubber composition (a) and vulcanized under nitrile rubber composition (a) vulcanizing conditions, a resin layer (C)3 consisting of a polyvinyl chloride composition (c) is directly laminated on the surface of the resin layer (B)2, and the resin layer (B)2 and the resin layer (C)3 are heated and fused together.
