To provide a laminate in which a crosslinked cycloolefin resin film comprising a crosslinked cycloolefin resin and having excellent adhesiveness to a metallic material and a metal foil are adhered closely to each other.

A laminate is obtained by the following process. The process comprises: applying a polymerizable composition comprising (a) 100 pts. mass of a cycloolefin monomer, (b) 0.3-20 pts. mass of a hydrogenated aromatic vinyl-conjugated diene block copolymer or aromatic vinyl-conjugated diene block copolymer, and (c) a polymerization catalyst on a substrate before subjecting the composition to metathesis polymerization, followed by peeling off the obtained film-like polymer from the substrate to obtain a crosslinked cycloolefin resin film; and bringing the crosslinked cycloolefin resin film and (d) a metal foil into contact with each other, followed by heating the film and (d) under pressure to adhere the two to each other.
