Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a sheet with a soft touching feel and a delustered texture by laminating a surface layer containing a heat-plastic elastomer and elastic particles as major components, and a foam layer as a base layer where the resin elution amount is specified by a cloth fractionation method.
CONSTITUTION: If a base layer is formed of a single layer, the base layer is formed of a composition that comprises, as a major component, an olefin-base elastomer whose resin elution by the cloth fractionation method is 40-60wt.% of the total amount of olefin-base elastomer at 0°C, 1-10wt.% of the total amount of olefin-base elastomer at 80-100°C, and 10-10wt.% of the total amount of olefin-base elastomer at 100-125°C. Then a foaming polypropylene sheet is introduced into a gap between a cooling drawing real 5 having a leather-embossed surface and a laminate roll 8, and pressurized. The sheet 6 is integrated with a laminate 4 to provide a sheet 9 having an embossed surface.
