Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve the film adhesion after working and corrosion resistance of a steel sheet, in a steel sheet coated with a thermoplastic resin film, by specifically forming each plating layer of chromium and tin, and a chromium hydrated oxide layer on each front surface and rear face of the steel sheet.
CONSTITUTION: On one side of a steel sheet 10, from the steel sheet side, successively, a chromium plating layer A with 30 to 300gm/m2 coating weight, a tin plating layer B with 50 to 1000mg/m2 coating weight, a chromium plating layer C with 5 to 300mg/m2 coating weight and a chromium hydrated oxide layer D with 2 to 40mg/m2 coating weight expressed in terms of chromium are formed. Furthermore, on the other side of the steel sheet 10, similarly, a chromium plating layer E having 30 to 300mg/m2 coating weight and a chromium hydrated oxide layer F having 2 to 40mg/m2 coating weight expressed in terms of chromium are formed. Then, the surface of the chromium hydrated oxide layer D is coated with a thermoplastic resin film 20. In the case a can is formed, the one side of the steel sheet is preferably used as the inside of the can. Moreover, at least one surface layer of the steel sheet, a diffusion layer of nickel, tin or chromium or their alloy with the steel sheet is preferably formed.
