In a laminate type balun 20, the capacitance of a capacitor C1 is set smaller than that of a capacitor C2 and the inductance of a coil L2 is set smaller than that of a coil L1. Consequently, a capacitance component operating as the capacitor C1 is increased due to the influence of the grounding of other-end sides of the capacitors C1 and coil L2, i.e., a parasitic capacitance generated at the periphery of the capacitor C1. A low-pass filter and a high-pass filter can be constituted in consideration of the influence of the induction of a leak of an input signal to the ground side by the parasitic capacitance, etc., generated at the periphery of the coil L2. Furthermore, a pattern 36 having a solid ground part discharges an electromagnetic wave, etc., received from the side of the pattern 36a to the ground directly via the pattern 36a.
