Abstract:
To provide a laminate type capacitor having high voltage resistance and a low ESL characteristic, and a mounting substrate thereof.SOLUTION: A laminate type capacitor includes first and second dielectric layers 111 and 112 and a plurality of internal electrodes that are stacked alternately, first and second external electrodes disposed on fifth and sixth surfaces, respectively, and third and fourth external electrodes disposed on third and fourth surfaces, respectively. The internal electrodes include first internal electrodes (121a to 121c) disposed on the first dielectric layer and connected to the first and second external electrodes, a second internal electrode 122 disposed on the first dielectric layer apart from the first internal electrodes, and connected to the third external electrode, a third internal electrode 123 disposed on the first dielectric layer apart from the first internal electrodes, and connected to the fourth external electrode, and a fourth internal electrode 124 disposed on the second dielectric layer apart from the first to fourth external electrodes so as to overlap with at least a part of the first to third internal electrodes.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
