Abstract:
To obtain a laminate with excellent cushionability by retaining resilience of connecting threads of a three-dimensional knitted fabric.SOLUTION: A laminate 1 is formed by connecting a cushion sheet 3 to a base sheet 2 by an adhesive layer 4. The cushion sheet 3 comprises a three-dimensional knitted fabric obtained by binding by connecting threads 3c, a first knitted fabric 3a having continuous knitted fabrics with a second knitted fabric 3b whose knitted fabrics are discontinuously knitted at prescribed intervals D, and is formed with a pressing belt 3e between adjacent ribs 3d, 3d. The cushion sheet 3 is crimped to the base sheet 2 via the adhesive layer 4 by pressing the pressing belt 3e.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
