Abstract:
To provide a curable coating agent composition forming a cured layer which exhibits high water repellency, excellent stain resistance and excellent peeling force on its surface in contact with a substrate film, and to provide a laminate.SOLUTION: The curable coating agent composition contains one of the following (I) and (II), and when a laminate having a cured layer of the composition on at least one surface of a substrate film having a surface free energy of 10-40 mN/m is formed, the contact angle of a surface of the cured layer in contact with the substrate film is 90° or more: (I) an α,β-unsaturated carboxylic acid adduct (A1) of a polymer which contains a monomer (a1) having an epoxy group and an ethylenically unsaturated double bond, and an organopolysiloxane (a2) having one (meth)acryloyl group as reaction components; and (II) both an α,β-unsaturated carboxylic acid adduct (A2) of a polymer which contains the (a1) as a reaction component (excluding one containing the component (a2)), and an organopolysiloxane (B).SELECTED DRAWING: None
