Continuous reinforced fibers are oriented in one direction, and a laminate is formed of at least two sheet-shaped prepregs of 50-100 μm thickness impregnated with thermoplastic resin so that the volume ratio of the reinforced fibers is 50% are laminated in a manner of crossing the fiber direction orthogonally, or formed of a fiber reinforced resin layer 3 formed of nonwoven cloth laminated on its one face of both faces of the prepregs on which a urethane resin layer 4 is laminated, and its thickness is 1-5 mm, and the dimension stability to two fiber directions is 2.0×10-5/°C line expansion rate or less and 0.10% heating dimension variation or less. Also a plurality of the laminates are stuck onto a substrate at the 1-10 mm joint intervals, and tiles are applied by the method of sealing the joints with a sealing material.
