Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated balun transformer, in which insertion loss is improved by optimizing electromagnetic connection between strip lines and miniaturization is realized.
SOLUTION: In a laminated balun transformer 10, having a dielectric layer 12a on which a grounding electrode 40 is formed, a dielectric layer 12b on which spiral strip lines 31 and 32 are formed, a dielectric layer 12c on which spiral strip lines 33 and 34 are formed, and a dielectric layer 12d on which a grounding electrode 41 is formed, the strip lines 32 and 33 are formed on different dielectric layers, an input terminal 35 is formed in the layer 12d on which the electrode 41 is formed.
