To provide a laminated biodegradable plastic form which is inexpensive, has a desired strength, and is superior in product accuracy immediately after molding thereof and after use thereof over several times, and to provide a method for producing the laminated biodegradable plastic form.

The laminated biodegradable plastic form is comprised of a surface layer 2 and an intermediate layer 3 arranged on the inner side thereof, and both the layers 2, 3 are formed of respective biodegradable plastics. The surface layer 2 is formed of a non-foamed or low-foamed biodegradable plastic (plastic having an expansion ratio of 5 times or less), while the intermediate layer 3 is formed a high-foamed biodegradable plastic (plastic having an expansion ratio of 5 to 20 times).
