Abstract:
To provide a laminated capacitor capable of reducing an ESR while preventing cracks, and a mounting substrate for the same.SOLUTION: A laminated capacitor includes: a capacitor main body that includes a plurality of dielectric layers and a plurality of internal electrodes alternately arranged between the dielectric layers; and an external electrode arranged on the capacitor main body so as to be coupled with the internal electrodes. At least one intermetallic compound layer is formed at portions where the plurality of internal electrodes and the external electrode are coupled. A percentage of the intermetallic compound layers formed is equal to or more than 55% and less than 100% of the total number of the internal electrodes. Also provided is a mounting substrate for the laminated capacitor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
