Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated capacitor in which delamination hardly occurs with improvement of adhesion between dielectric layers.SOLUTION: A non-conductor area 9, which does not include the internal electrode layers 7 and is formed from the same material as the dielectric layers 5, is provided on a side of the internal electrode layers 7. A laminated capacitor includes: a dielectric section 1 having a rectangular parallelepiped shape in which dielectric layers 5 and internal electrode layers 7 are alternately laminated in a plurality of layers; and a pair of external electrodes 3 provided at both opposite ends of the dielectric section 1 where the internal electrode layers 7 are exposed. Each of the internal electrode layers 7 is narrower than each of the dielectric layers 5 at a side of a side surface 1a. A metal oxide phase 11 constituting the internal electrode layers 7 is formed near the non-conductor area 9 of the internal electrode layers 7 so as to penetrate the internal electrode layers 7.
