PURPOSE: To prevent a surface discharge between terminal electrodes extended externally of a resin mold in a laminated ceramic capacitor having a capacitor chip which has an inner electrode arranged in a dielectric and outer electrodes provided on both end faces of the chip and molded on main parts thereof with a resin.

CONSTITUTION: Pieces 8A, 8B extending in approaching directions to one another are provided at parts of outer electrodes 4A, 4B disposed in a resin mold 5. A strong electric field between an inner electrode 1A and a terminal electrode 6B is prevented due to presence of the piece 8B, thereby effectively preventing a surface discharge.
