Abstract:
To improve the reliability of a laminated ceramic capacitor against high temperature by suppressing the degradation of resistance at high temperature.
The laminated ceramic capacitor is provided with a laminated body 2 wherein a dielectric layer 4 and an internal electrode 5 are alternately piled up and a pair of external electrodes 3 that are provided on both end faces of the laminated body 2 and are alternately connected with the internal electrode 5. The dielectric layer 4 is made from particles with an average particle size of 0.2-0.25 m.
