Title:
LAMINATED CERAMIC ELECTRONIC PARTS
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3223910
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide laminated ceramic electronic parts which hardly cause short-circuiting failures by preventing the intrusion of a metallic component into a ceramic sheet.
SOLUTION: Electronic parts are manufactured in such a way that a ceramic sheet 14 with conductor layer is formed by forming a conductor layer 13 on a ceramic sheet 12 formed on a base film 11 by making the mean particle diameter of the metallic component in the conductor layer 13 larger than that of ceramic particles in the ceramic sheet 12. Then a sintered body is obtained by sintering a laminated body obtained by laminating ceramic sheets 14 with conductor layers thus obtained upon another, and external electrodes are formed on both exposed end faces of the conductor layers 13. Finally, the external electrodes are plated.
