Title:
LAMINATED CORE OF ROTARY ELECTRIC MACHINE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS6162333
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To uniformize core temperature distribution by constructing the core blocks at both end portions and in a central portion with amorphous metal plates and constructing the remaining core blocks with silicon steel plates. CONSTITUTION:The core clocks 6a and 6b at the end portions and in the central portion of a stator core 6 are constructed with amorphous metal plates having less iron loss such as Fe-Si-B alloy o9r Fe-Si-B-C alloy. On the other hand, the remaining core clocks 6c of the stator core 6 are constructed with silicon steel plates. Further, in the stator core 6, a radial air duct 2 is formed with duct pieces 3. With this, core temperature increase in both end portions of the stator core can be lowered, and the core temperature distribution in the longitudinal direction of the core can be uniformized.
