Title:
LAMINATED CORE STATOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS6469236
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To need no welding and machining, and facilitate manufacture, by notching an outer peripheral edge section at the end section of a laminated core stator, to leave a space for caulking combination.

CONSTITUTION: A stator 1 is laminated by caulking-combining the four positions of an outer peripheral edge section on a plurality of core pieces, with each other. So far as the upper end section 1a and lower end section 1b of the stator 1 are concerned, outer peripheral edge sections except caulking-combined sections are notched, and of the notches, positioning step sections 2 are respectively composed. By this method, in case that the stator 1 is manufactured, by dropping the respective core pieces into the cylindrical guide of a feeding-in- order metal mold unit, the core pieces are exactly positioned with the center of the same axis line and are laminated with caulking combination.
