Abstract:

PURPOSE: To display the effect of highly elastic metal by using a plastic film as a substrate of a diaphragm material and by forming a film of a highly elastic material on the film.

CONSTITUTION: Extremely thin plastic film 3 is used as substrate 3 and on one or both sides of film 3, a thin film of aluminum, such as lμm film 4, is vapor-deposited. Next, this is moded into a diaphragm work material in a desired shape. Next, material film 5 of high elasticity is formed of titanium nitride, etc., on one or both sides of this work material. The thus formed diahpragm reduces an influence of the substrate upon its characteristics and can display the effect of highly elastic metal.
