Title:
LAMINATED DIELECTRIC FILTER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2010278602
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a laminated dielectric filter having stable frequency-impedance characteristics.

The laminated dielectric filter is equipped with: first/second internal electrodes 3, 4 inside a laminated body 1; a through-hole 5 penetrating through the laminated body 1 together with the first/second internal electrodes 3, 4; peripheral edge-side first/second external electrodes 6, 7 on the side faces of the laminated body 1; central-side first/second external electrodes 8, 9 on the internal surface of the through-hole 5; peripheral edge-side first lead-out parts 10 led out from the first internal electrode 3 to the side faces of the laminated body 1 so as to be connected to the peripheral edge-side first external electrodes 6; central-side first lead-out parts 12 led out from the first internal electrode 3 to the internal surface of the through-hole 5 so as to be connected to the central-side first external electrodes 8; peripheral edge-side second lead-out parts 11 not mutually overlapping with the peripheral edge-side first lead-out parts 10 in a plane view and led out from the second internal electrode 4 to the side faces of the laminated body 1 so as to be connected to the peripheral edge-side second external electrodes 7; and central-side second lead-out parts 13 not mutually overlapping with the central-side first lead-out parts 12 in a plane view and led out from the second internal electrode 4 to the internal surface of the through-hole 5 so as to be connected to the central-side second external electrodes 9.
