To provide a laminated electric double-layer capacitor in which sealing property of a gasket can be held by preventing the gasket from being damaged.
The laminated electric double-layer capacitor includes: a plurality of cells 1 laminated with conductive bases 7 interposed therebetween; two end plates 2 and 3 between which the plurality of cells 1 are sandwiched; the plurality of gaskets 11 each sandwiched between adjacent conductive bases 7 along outer circumferential portions of the conductive bases 7; an insulating spacer 4 penetrating the gaskets 11 in the lamination direction of the cells 1; and bolts 5 and 6 threadedly engaging both ends of the insulating spacer 4 to fix the cells 1 across the two end plates 2 and 3, wherein a compression spring 17 is disposed such that its one end presses the head of the bolt 5 and the other presses the end plate 2.
