To provide a laminated electronic component capable of improving connection between a lead part of an internal electrode layer and a terminal electrode and electrical characteristics such as electrostatic capacitance, and excellent in mass-productivity.
The laminated electronic component has an element body 4, a plurality of internal electrode layers 12 and 13 laminated so as to face each other through a ceramic layer 10 in the element body 4, and terminal electrodes 6 and 8 provided respectively on side end faces 5 and 7 of the element body 4. Lead parts 22 and 23 exposed to the side end faces 5 and 7 and connected to the terminal electrodes 6 and 8 are formed flush with the internal electrode layers 12 and 13 at one end part in the side end face direction of the internal electrode layers 12 and 13. Intermediate insulation regions 20 and 21 are formed between the other end part in the side end face direction of the internal electrode layers 12 and 13 and the terminal electrodes 6 and 8, respectively. A connection electrode 24 embedded in a micro crack randomly formed so as to mutually connect the lead parts 22 and 23 facing each other with the intermediate insulation regions 20 and 21 placed between is formed in the intermediate insulation regions 20 and 21.
