Three signal electrodes 2 passing through a dielectric 1 made of ceramics and a ground electrode 4 opposed to the electrodes 2 are alternately laminated via the dielectric 1, and external electrodes 6a, 6b, 6c, 6d, 6e are connected with external electrodes 8a, 8b at both ends of the ground electrode at both sides of the electrodes 2. An isolation ground electrode 3 is provided between the electrodes 2, one slit 5 is formed in the center of the electrode 4 in the direction crossing with the electrodes 2 from one to the other end of the electrode 4, the electrode 4 is split, and a connector 4a to the external electrode is provided at the part opposed to the electrode 3 of the end of the split electrode 4.
