Abstract:
To provide a film excellent in adhesion between laminated layers and to form such a film in a simple process, in the laminated film composed by alternately laminating dissimilar materials, and in a barrier film for an electronic device using the laminated film.
The laminated film, composed by alternately laminating dissimilar materials, includes first layers made of first material having a plurality of kinds of functional groups and second layers made of second material which can interacts with at least two or more kinds of functional groups in the plurality of kinds of the functional groups, which are alternately laminated at least layer by layer.
