PURPOSE: To provide a form excellent in separating performance from hardened concrete by constructing the form using a panel for the concrete form with a laminated film stuck to the surface of a base.

CONSTITUTION: Two sheets or more of single-films are superposed on each other through a pressure sensitive adhesive to form a laminated film for a concrete form. A single-film laminating method can be either one of a method of laminating single-films by applying the pressure sensitive adhesive to one side of the single-film every time the single-film is superposed, a method of laminating single-films with pressure sensitive adhesive layer formed by previously applying the pressure sensitive adhesive to one side of each single-film, a method of forming the laminated film by further superposing the already superposed single-films through the pressure sensitive adhesive, and the like. The sort and applied quantify of the pressure sensitive adhesive are selected to provide such adhesive strength that the lamination is not disordered at the time of sticking the laminated film to a concrete form to place concrete and that the single-films can be easily separated sheet by sheet from the laminated film.
