A layer B of a styrene monomer-(meth)acrylic acid copolymer is laminated on at least one face of a layer A comprising a thermoplastic resin and rubber particles. A thickness of the layer A is not less than 0.5 times the whole thickness. Preferably, the thickness of the whole laminated film is 20-500 m, and preferably, a thickness of the layer B is 1 m or above. Preferably, a methacrylic resin is used as the thermoplastic resin, and preferably, an acrylic rubber particle is used as the rubber particle.
