Abstract:
To provide a laminated film which has low warpage and can be welded by laser processing with high definition.SOLUTION: A laminate has a base material B (1) having absorbance at a wavelength of 355 nm of 0.05-0.30 and a resin layer β (2) containing a resin (B), and has absorbance at a wavelength of 355 nm of more than 0.40, in which the resin layer β has the following characteristics: (i) a thickness of 5-50 μm; and (ii) a water contact angle of the surface of less than 15 degrees.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
