Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated film which has superior properties such as take-up, easy slippage and handling and also, other properties such as electro magnetic conversion, dropout, traveling of a magnetic layer and durability.
SOLUTION: This laminated film consists of a coated layer B containing a core shell structure comprising a more pliable outer part than an inner part with an average grain size dB of 5-100nm and water resin, laminated on at least, one of the faces of a thermoplastic resin layer A containing 5,000-50,000pcs/mm2 of particle A representing the frequency of a surface protrusion with an average grain size of 40-400nm and a volumetric shape factor of 0.1-π/6. In addition, the average grain size (dB) (nm), the grain size dcB (nm) of the core part of the particle B and the layer thickness (tB) (nm) of the coated layer B satisfy formulae 1.01≤dB/dcB≤3.0, 0.05≤tB/dcB≤0.8, simultaneously. Further, the frequency of a surface protrusion comprising the particle is (1×106)-(1×108)pcs/mm2, and the frequency of the protrusion which is formed of the macroaggregate of the particle B is 50 pcs/cm2 or less.
