To provide a dustless laminated filter reduced in an amount of dust collected in a same layer, its manufacturing method, and an inkjet head equipped with the laminated layer, coating an organic protective layer without causing film thickness gradient with high adhesive reliability.
By forming a film of polyparaxylylene with an open space of a main surface and an open space of a rear face side of the filter laminated with multiple filter media kept uneven, the dustless layered filter with different hole diameters of through-holes for different layers can be provided. By coating the organic protective film with the filter bonded and cured to the inkjet head having a space and an opening as an ink supply port parallel to a nozzle row width and larger than the nozzle row width, the dustless inkjet head with high reliability of drive characteristics in a high frequency can be provided.
