To provide a Fresnel prism plate made of a transparent resin which does not produce a rainbow pattern and which avoids dazzle when lighting it.

This laminated Fresnel prism plate consists of a transparent resin plate and a transparent resin light-diffusing layer 2 of 5 to 100 μm thickness on one surface of the plate. The layer 2 contains 5 to 40 wt.% light- diffusing fine particles having 4 to 50 μm weight average particle size. The other surface of the transparent resin is formed into a Fresnel prism 1 having lots of ridges with a series of triangular cross section. The Fresnel prism has 0.5 to 3 mm prism pitch, 80 to 88° inclination angle on one slope (draft face), 30±15° inclination angle of the other slope (Fresnel face) and 0.02 to 0.3 mm radius of curvature on the top.
