Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a laminated gear which can stabilize an axial dimension of a gear, and a manufacturing method of the laminated gear.SOLUTION: A laminated gear 10 comprises gear constituting pieces 12 having teeth 28 at an external periphery. Regulation parts 18 which regulate the movement of one gear constituting piece 12 to a gear circumferential direction with respect to another gear constituting piece 12 are arranged at end faces of one side and the other side in a gear axial direction of the gear constituting pieces 12. Furthermore, there are formed, at the gear constituting pieces 12, adjusting parts (protrusions 24) which form prescribed spaces S between the other adjoining gear constituting piece 12 by abutting on another adjoining gear constituting piece 12, and adjust dimensions of the laminated gear constituting pieces 12 to the gear axial direction by being elastically deformed when the laminated gear constituting pieces 12 are pressurized to the gear axial direction.
