In the laminated heat exchanger comprising a plurality of sets each having flat plate-like first or second channel plate 4 or 6 formed in a slit state at a channel 7 or 13 and a flat plate-like partition plate 5 and laminated in the order of the plates 4, 5, 6 and 5, both the surfaces of the first and the second plates 4 and 6 are coated with paste-like brazing material, and integrally connected in a close contact. Thus, the connection between the plates is effectively guaranteed by brazing, and the exchanger having a low cost and high reliability can be provided. And, since a stepwise formation is provided on outer peripheries of the plates 4, 6 and 5 and the peripheries are coated with a brazing material 23 after laminating, sealing by the brazing material 23 on the outer periphery of the exchanger is guaranteed to reduce possibility of leakage to an exterior, and hence its yield can be improved.
